Week 14 - Inside the Castle

This week, we built the inside of last week's castle.  We made this by extruding and stretching the dimensions of a plane, refering to a picture of the casle from "Link to the Past," an extremely old video game.  Soon, we will apply textures to both this, and our outdoor scene while Jett and Cody finish boning their characters.

Week 13 - Hyrule Castle

This time, We, that is Dominique and I, are teaming up with Jett and Cody to make an 'epic battle scene' between Link and Ganondorf.  Dominique and I are making the scene while Jett and Cody make the characters.  So far, it looks pathetic, but in the end, it will be more awesome than chocolate.

Week 12 - Fire and Lightening!

We tried to make an AMAZING scene in Maya, but it was acting weird and we couldn't render it.  I don't know whether or not we fixed the problem, soI' just going to give it my best shot.  If you see a video above with fire and lightning, it worked.  If not, imagine a video with fire and lightning, then give me all of the credit.  Your'e welcome.

Week 11 - MAYA

We installed a new program recently (Maya, in case the title didn't give it away).  It's too different for me to actually enjoy it, but I was still upset when it stopped working forever.  It'll be back by Monday.

Week 10 - Kirby is Hungry

We finished the Kirby project, and it was more dificult than we expected.  We had to use the "Chroma Key" effect in Adobe Premier to get rid of the "green screen" background, and the animation still looks a bit green, but I think it was a success.

Week 9 - Kirby Update

We finally threw a biped into kirby, made it work as well as we could, and made him walk, and the result is... somewhere between pathetic and terrible.  We can't figure out why his arms are between his legs or how to fix it.  But at least he's walking.
